How it works
- A call goes unanswered. The caller hears a short greeting saying a text is on its way.
- The caller gets a text. They reply in their own words. An AI model drafts the answer and tells a booking request apart from a general question.
- You get the lead. Callers who want an appointment receive your booking link. Every conversation is logged to your spreadsheet and you are notified by email.

How Reply Minder uses your Google account
Reply Minder connects to the business owner's Google account for two things only:
- Google Sheets — to add one row per lead to the lead log spreadsheet you choose.
- Gmail — to send you a notification email when a new lead comes in.
